Okoth Daniel Ouma is the Managing Partner of KOD Advocates & Associates. With over 20 years of experience, he has established himself as one of the leading legal practitioners in Kenya and the East African region.
Before founding KOD Advocates, Mr. Ouma served as a senior partner at one of Kenya's most prestigious law firms, where he handled high-stakes commercial litigation and corporate matters. His expertise in complex litigation has resulted in numerous successful outcomes for his clients.
Mr. Ouma is a graduate of the University of Nairobi School of Law, where he excelled academically, and holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to practice before all Kenyan courts, the East African Court of Justice, and the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights.
