Biography
Isaac Kazungu is a Partner at KOD Advocates specializing in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance across the East African region.
With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Kazungu has advised numerous multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities on complex commercial transactions. He recently led several landmark M&A transactions in the banking and telecommunications sectors.
Prior to joining KOD Advocates, Mr. Kazungu worked at a major pan-African law firm where he headed the Corporate Commercial practice for East Africa.
He is a graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam and holds an LL.M. from the University of Cape Town.
